2-10s port or not to port?

6" - 8" is not going to cut it. You could use an elbow to extend the length if you decided to go that route, though.

My advice... study up, or stay sealed. Ported is pretty easy to mess up.

its not random, i think it would be all i can fit. i am trying to fit the sub box and a

N20 bottle in there. that is why i asked if it would work. what should be the ci. and how long should the port be?

Enclosure size, port area and port length depend on many variables. The T/S parameters of the sub/subs chosen and the type of response you are looking for, to name a few.

The MINIMUM recommended ported enclosure size for a them subs is 1.25cft net. Since you have 1.25cft. gross, I'd suggest leaving them sealed or building an entirely new enclosure. They want more like 1.75 cft. after sub and port displacement.

I haven't buit the new box yet I may bs able to squeez a bit more out of it. if i cant fit the nos bottle in back than i will just remove my back seats and put the nos there.
