No, you can not. It is impossible to wire two dual 4ohms subs into a final 2ohm load. Only wiring options are 1ohm and 4ohm.so if i have 2 dual 4ohm subs i can run both of the subs with this amp @ 2ohms???????
You can do it, it is not a matter of "can I", but more of "will it work best"... And no, it will not. Two DVC 4 ohm drivers can NOT be wired toa final 2 ohm load, you can wire them to 1 or 4 or 16 ohms. 1 ohm will be too low of a load for your amplifier and it will SURELY fry, do NOT attempt a 1 ohm load on an Audiobahn that is not rated for it... 4 ohms is your only other option, but you will not get a high amount of power from the amp.so if i have 2 dual 4ohm subs i can run both of the subs with this amp @ 2ohms???????If i can do this then how do i need something speacial
thx for the help
Nothing wrong with underpowering a driver...so it pretty musch still wont work unless i under power it but i dont think i would want to do that. thx anyways![]()
Doesn't sound like that Audiobahn amp even has enough power to adequately power two of those subs.well i just bought a orion p12d4 (one) and i have that amp a Abahn a8000t and i fig i could just pay another hundred and get another p12d4 but i dont want to just upgrade everything i havent even installed it yet lol. and its my first system. but thx for the help anyways oh my sub is 500watts rms and 1000peak im probably goin to be over powering it by like 100 to 200watts but whatever
