Worst car audio moment

I keep my CRX in a storage warehouse where I figured it would be safe...With the thick metal walls......I guess my worst day was when I went to work on my car one evening and opened up the door to discover thieves peeled open the back metal wall and made off with over $20.000 of stuff I had in storage there......out of that was at least $8-12,000 in car audio equipment....Stripped my CRX down to nothing..causing me to miss finals this year //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif .......but I guess that would just be another day for others....

worst would be my buddy re did my whole trunk in one of my older cars back in the day, he spent a few hours hiding all the wires, gettin everything tightened up.. and when we closed the trunk the lil support bars that hold the trunk up came down across the terminals on the amp and shorted it out causing all the wires to fry and smoke the car out.

new funniest moment was a few hours ago.. i deliver papers in a gated neighborhood and the weekend guard is always asleep so i cant get in. i had always said in the past once i get my shit hooked up ima wake his *** up in the worst way.. i finally got to tonight he **** near jumped 10 feet out of his lazy *** seat. i think he was cussin me out but i dont speak hatian so i couldnt tell.

When my Avionixx 1200.2 shit on it self and put out DC voltage. 52V on one side. Absolutely RUINED my IKP's.

Mine is in the same state right now, sucks.It's been sititng in my closet/sometimes garage for over a year.****in' thing.

and when everything went i had a 2500 watt spl amplifier, and it just took a turd on me and fried everything...so i guess thats what i got for buying cheap shit.

one would have been blowing an RE midbass. or hitting up Dante (LivinLife) for a TL metering and not being able to register even 120dB spl.

well the real worst is being out in the combat zone with no mobile audio and the loudest sounds are constuction work , a few rocket impacts and the roar of vehicle engines. only till next year, and i'll have enough saved up for a better setup

Mine was when i was driving threw town, i had 4 12" kicker comps. Then I smell something so i shut my radio off and before i kno it my whole trucks filled with smoke. My remote line burnt to hell, fried my amp and all my speakers. I pull over rip my remote line out of my truck, put a hole in two of my subs and put a dent in my door. I was so pissed. Burnt some of my carpet but i look at is like my truck didnt catch on fire. worst day of my life.
