Featured Woofer and tweeter! Open cut, specular cut or overlapping cut?

The woofer is mounted in the port with full treatment.
The tweeter is placed on the upright at eye level, and both tweeters face the listener.
I have adjusted the levels and set the time delays.
But unfortunately I cannot figure out, without a measuring microphone, how to mix them.
Woofer audison ap 6.5p
Tweeter hertz MP 28.3
The tweeters have an fs at 900hz
I have attached all the specifications of both.

If you want to cross lower, I'd only do so with some sort of protection. Hertz is awfully optimistic about the tweeter's power handling @1.8khz. I'd be surprised if the tweeter handled more than ~75 wrms at 1.8khz assuming it didn't suffer mechanical damage first.

so you advise me not to go below 3000 hz with the tweeter?
I thought I was safe having set them at 2500hz 24db.
of course they are carefully calibrated for a sq system

Everything depends. If you're never going to send those tweeters more than 5w, you can cross them at 1200hz. I would consider crossing as low as 2khz with those tweeters, but I'd have some sort of protection circuit in place for sure. I certainly wouldn't put them on a 180wrms amp.

thanks for the reply.
in fact the tweeters are connected to a two channel, and I send them 65wrms in 4 ohms per channel.
the gain has been calibrated with smd and also the levels are further lowered by the dsp since I brought them to 75db during the level calibration.
so everything should sound totally safe.
I will try a specular cut for both tweeters and woofers at 3000hz 24db for both and see how it goes.

Good luck. At 65wrms & 24db, I'd feel safe at ~2500hz and maybe 2000hz. Start at 3khz and play with it a little.
