Witch sundown subs for daily use

I don't mind a upgraded altornator and 2 batteries lol
Sounds to me like you don't really know all the intricate details of the high power side of things. I would STRONGLY advise you do more research before purchasing anything. An upgraded alternator and 2 batteries is simply not going to run a 6500W RMS amp (The Sundown NS-1 I am assuming...) very efficiently/safely.

You have to do the math as I stated earlier. Worst case scenario you could draw up to 650 Amps. 320A alternator and 2 100Ah batteries are still only 520 all together. Not counting the draw the rest of the vehicle's accessories or the front stage draw.

You also need to find (unless you have a wood shop) someone who can build/ship you a box for your subs. As mentioned before, the box is one of the most important things when it comes to end results.

Biggest thing to remember about this is that you can't take out more power than what you're putting in.

That's not how amp hours work. Two 3100s with a 320 amp alternator is enough. That worse case senecio only last for split seconds. Any bigger than 7500 watts I'll always recommend dual alternators. I'm only saying this because I see my voltage everyday and I can see everyday how it works.

It is how it works (basically), just in a worst case scenario way. Why not plan for the worst case scenario? That way you avoid it causing you any problems.

But to the OP: Are you prepared to spend all this money? 500+ for an alternator, 1500+ on amp(s), 800+ on subs, I'd say 100-200 for a custom box (more if its shipped), 200+ in wiring, 700+ in batteries, around 100 in misc accessories needed. That comes to $4,000 at an absolute minimum. If so then go for it. But again, I highly advise doing more research first.

Not really but ok. for burps, the alternator and 2 batts is more than enough. for daily smashing, probably a minimum of what you would want, and for long demos, not even close.

Ive burped 10k+ on a pair of 31s but i couldnt demo for too long

I will agree that i dont think the OP knows what he is in for with high power daily demoing system. he will have more into his electrical then most people have in their system

Amp hour is a draw rating over time not burst. So no it's not how it works.

Thank u csu for that info that's why I came to this forum before I pulled the trigger so I don't make a choice I will regret after spending all this money all I know is I want a daily system that I can play and be louder then my last system . I appreciate all your comments and suggestions and am taking them all into consideration. I am not a noon with beats but I am not a pro nor neither know all the calculation s behind all of it . Can someone point me in the right direction thanks

I would get this for the Z4's:

Taramps HD 8000 - 1 Ohm - Xplicit Audio

Anyone else have opinions on this? I PM'd Xplicit audio yesterday and asked if the amp truely put out ratings. From everything I've read about it, it is a very efficient amp. I was going to buy it for my next build. The price almost seems too good to be true. When Taylor Fade clamp tested the 3000 watt version, it only put out a little less than rated.
