Again, can you fit 2 18s? That's going to take 12+ cubes minimum by the time you factor in the Nightshade's displacement.

I'll get the measurements today to double check and tell me what you think. And witch sub will hit harder I don't want to be able to breath out of ns 18 or zv4 18?

On 5k RMS, both subs should do a good job. The NS will allow you to upgrade to more power on down the road.

I was planning on buying a Singer amp from Mylows next month. He's very helpful and I've heard lots of good things about Singer alts.

Do you think DC power or other brands would be better/cheaper?

Why not just buy from SSA and get a NS-1 v2 amp.. it's only about $150 more if you're buying everything new like that and you get a larger amp

DC makes some of the best alts on the market right now. I doubt they would be cheaper, though.

I just asked him if he can make one that out puts more if not I think I might have to go with the DC one

I'd get at least the HD 5000 for the Z4's cuz they can take a lot of power. Other than that, great suggestion! I just like a little more headroom

Singer is a bit more expensive when it comes to the price-to-amperage ratio because he isn't a huge company like Mechman or DC, but he does honor a lifetime warranty which is worth the extra cost IMHO. But you won't go wrong with any of them.
