i know about wiring speaker in parallel and series and understand the concept but do not know how to go about wiring in parallel...i have my RE SX Dual 1.4 ohm...wired in parallel down to a .7 ohm load (probably closer to 1-1.4 ohm with impedence rise)...i have my 12 ga. speaker wire...would i cut a piece of the positive part of the speaker wire (stinger...has like 2 wires connected with one positive the other is presumably negative) to connect the VC's on the sub (and do the same with the negative part of the wire) and then stuff another part of the longer strand of speaker wire into one of the VC's openings and then wire that to the terminal cup to finish the connection?
