i was planning on using 3 rockford he2 12's hooked up to my audiobahn 2200hcx which at iohm mono puts out 1600 watts and 1ohm stereo puts out 1200, in terms of wirirng thats why im askin you guys cuz i need your help determining which confiquration to go with

alright well i took your advise and got'em wired up and it said that it would be a 1.36 ohm load!?! what the hell does that mean? what would best describe this load with my amp 1ohm mono 1ohm stereo 2ohm mono 2 ohm stereo? which one? help!!

Well you amp should have a little switch that will turn it to stereo mode and mono mode switch it to mono and bridge your amp this is creating pretty much a 1ohm mono load on your amp and will get the most power out of it this way be sure to keep the gains down though.

ok the 1.36 ohm load is the resestence that your amp will see....since your amp is stable down to 1 ohm you shouldnt have any problem.....just doe as jlman said....set your amp to mono bridged and bridge your amp as your directions w/ your amp state....and go from there....and i wouldnt turn the gains up very much either as jlman stated....good luck....let us know how it turns out......

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
