Wiring Kicker CompVR12,2DVC?

I got (2) Kicker CompVR12:2DVC, with a (1) Kicker KX800.2 amplifier. My problem is wiring these sucker to the sub fullest advantage. Any recommendation? What's the different between 2ohmDVC and 4ohmsDVC?
