Need some advice with wiring

Hi all, I have an android head unit and a puzu pz-c7 dsp amp, when installing my subwoofer is it better to have the sub amp connected to the head unit sub output or the puzu dsp sub output,
may be a stupid question but I'm clueless when it comes to sound.

Signal flow should be HU to DSP to amps. You would lose the ability to EQ and time align the sub with the DSP unit if you bypassed the DSP.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub?

Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all out, and think for the whole signal flow, and why it’s like that.
