Get rid of the cap. Its useless other then that yea looks right.

would it be a good idea to run a distribution block to the two ground wires or to just ground them at the same spot with ring terminals?

Just ground them at the same spot with a ring. And yeah...toss the cap, but it looks good other than that

I see some issues there.

8awg is good for 60A, not 80A. Reduce your amp fuse or run 4awg to each amp.

Don't run front RCA to one sub amp and rear RCA to another sub amp. Either daisy chain the amps or split with a y-adapter. Maintain your fader.

Use larger speaker wire, 12 awg both to the box and inside the box.

NO! You have the cap in series! Parell the Grounds to the amps with the cap and run a ground from the engine to the battery.
