Orion HCCA D5000 is being underpowered? Help in bring the power up!

Hello all. Yesterday i installed an orion hcca d5000 on a cerwin wega vmax 15.2 at 1 ohm.

It sounded like 4 speakers on an amp!? i had the box tuned at 23hz.

I checked it on the shop using a normal car battery and single power cable. amp uses dual!

In my car i have the following setup:, i would like to know what to do to increase the power so that it drives smooth without being underpowered!

D510M Pioneer mono amp

D9500F Pioneer 4 channel amp

4 x components T1720C

Pair of 6975V2's

2 x Kenwood 3010 in seats

2 x cerwin vega 15.2 on which i wanted to run the orio (currently 1 sub, plan to upgrade later on)

Power stuff:

I was planning to install 2 more dry cell batteries of around 100amp each with the Big 3 setup.

2 farad power cap for the small mono/stereo amps and a 3 farad capacitor for the orion.

a voltage regulator as well!

What do you guys recommend?

Toss the caps, get a bigger alternator, you'll need those extra batteries. What kinda car/truck?

ITs a 10th gen corolla 1.3L (engine upgraded to v6-3.5 so i thought would be needing the extra batt)

Please explain a bit further!

caps are junk, a high output alt will be the biggest source of power but youll need at least 1 very good batt.

If you don't plan on charging your batterys evey night when you get home, 1 ****** Alt. 1 ****** Batt. Think of your batterys as nothing more than a bucket of H2O, If you add two buckets "batterys" to fill up and you only have a standard size H2O hose "alt."then it will take twice the time to fill the buckets up. If you have a pump "amp" that removes more H2O than what is being put into the buckets then you have two empty buckets. So the idea is to increase the amount of current to your amp and charge the battery if possable. So get a high output alt. and a big battery like "Die Hard with 3 year warranty".

long winded analogy and not so much the best but yeah thats right OP. and there are much better batteries than what sears sells.

You can return them to any Sears. All the Oddesy batterys "Kinetic,Shirkin, Stinger or what ever you want to call it" are Garbage.

Oh the irony in this, but I can say the kinetik I have now is over 7 years old which is about 4 years longer than my die hards and agms ever lasted...funny part is I actually deep cycle it quite often...

LMAO spare me. i bet you run your whole system off of duralast golds?
