wiring help

Ok guys well im going to start my install this weekend and i wanna make sure i have all the wiring and install things im gonna need to get the job done.

My setup will consist of a optima under the hood and two stinger spv 70's in the rear powering a 1 channel amp 1500 watts and a 4 channel 4x 100.

My questions is

Do i just fuse up front after optima then fuse from rear batt to distro block or distro block to amp? Which means i would need 3 fuses right?
