First do I need a 4 channel amp kit to install a set of comps to a 2 channel amplifier? and if the speakers are 4 ohm what will the final ohm load be/should be?

well if your only running a 2 channel amp, i see no need for a 4 channel amp kit and if its a 2 channel amp and you have two 4 ohm speakers, it will be 4 ohms per channel,

You should only need a 2 ch amp kit.

And the final load will be 4 ohm per ch.

That amp is rated at 150w rms at 4 ohm, so you'll just have to adjust your gains according to the speakers rms rating.
