I currently have 2 Alpine MRV-F340 amps in my car. One is running my 2 JBL GTO936 6x9's and the other powers my 4 JBL GTO636 6.5's. They both have 30 fuses in them (if that helps) and I'm unable to find thier max. current draw. I have and Orion MBR70 Battery Switcher installed. The battery in the trunk is a Optima RedTop. The wire run from the front of the vehicle to the back is about 13 ft. of AWG 4 Ga. Both batteries are fused with 80A fuses to the line, and the battery switcher is in between the fuse holders. My Fuse/Distro block off of the RedTop has one 4ga. in and four 8ga outs. Two of these hold 40A fuses (one for each Alpine Amp.) I want to add a JBL GTO1201.1 II amp to power 2 JBL 1220D 12 inch subs. The specs on the GTO1201.1 II amp say it's max. current draw is 115A. My stock alternator is rated at 105A. What am I looking to do to power all these amps? New Alternator? Larger gauge wire from front to back? What gauge wire should I run to the JBL amp (it's about 4 feet from the back battery)? I'm thinking to use an ANL fuse holder and 4ga. off the back battery going to the 1201.1 II Amp...
Also, I'm looking to add another Alpine MRV-F340 in the future. How would you guys recommend I wire/fuse all these?
