Dont forget wire ferrules. Makes things easier and better contact. 4 awg for your 4 awg or 8 awg for 8awg for power/grounds and use 12awg for 16awg or 16awg for 18awg for speaker/remote/etc since wire casing thickness can very if you buy the insulated ones.

Use OFC wire only.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
