So whats the real deal?

Is it ok to replace my car battery wit a red top and then run to a yellow top for my subs or should i stick with 2 of the same ie:2 yellow tops.....

cuz ive heard it was and wasnt ok to use 2 diff. batteries that i should stick with the same.

Anyone in the battery bussiness will tell you to keep the batteries the same. Why would u want them to be different? You must state what you will be doing to your system. Will you be playing your sys with the car not running? Do you kill your batteries more than once a year? Yellow.red have different characteristics. You need to choose the one for YOUR needs, not because someone else says the yellow is better. I use yellow because I have a commercial vehicle. I usually end up killing the battery once a year. I also like playing my sys. at the campsite. If I do so I don't care if it dies, but if I had a redtop and I killed it often the battery would be toast.

and maybe sumtime under body and inside the car neons

the car is a 98 sable
