I have a set of LED underbody lights on my truck...I only use them in shows and for other show off purposes...they are definatly illegal

Inside is a little tricky and depends on the discression of the cop. Generally the rule of thumb on inside neons is that you shouldnt be able to see the actual bulb when looking in the car from the outside

Red and Blue have always been illegal (acording to Louisiana State Police) because they are colors used by emergency vehicles. But about a year ago they outlawed all underbody lights

Depends on your local law. Check with your local police department. In most states its illegal for them to be on on the highway outside of city limits and you must not be able to see the bulb. And of course as said above, blue and red.. in some states white and even in the future, if not already in select states, purple
