the title pretty much sums it up

i have jl 500/1 amp and 2 subs one sub is 2ohms and the other is 4ohms. a friend told me i can wire it into 3ohms.

well i did a little research online and said it will do some damage

should i be worry about my amp and my car?

or will it be okay to run the subs at 3ohms?

Why not? I mean...if the end load is 3 ohms, each sub would be getting the power.
Wire the DVD 4 ohm to 2 ohms, then wire the DVC 2 ohm into 4 ohms. Then parallel the subs together to get 3 ohms. Is this possible?
are you the said 'friend'?

one d3 is 2ohms and the other d3 is 4ohmsi got it wired to 3ohms

is it safe?
so the dvc 4 is parallel for 2, the dvc 2 is parallel for 1, subs are in series for 3??

That should work fine. One sub moving less than the other isn't going to have any real effect on sq.
