Wired Up Right?

Im just wondering if I have my sub hooked up right..I have one dual 2 ohm sub and inside the box i have the positive on one coil wired to the negative on the other..than i have the positive wire from the inside terminal to the positive coil and then I have the negative wire from the inside terminal to the negative coil..hope that makes sense to get a one ohm load..

Sounds like your doing a series wiring which is incorrect. To get a One ohm load from a 2-ohm DVC speaker simply wire Coil 1 positive to Coil 2 positive to Amp positive and Coil 1 Negative to Coil 2 Negative to Amp Negative.

so would two wires be twisted together? so pos on one coil to pos on other coil..and from that other coil a wire twisted together that would go to the pos on the box?
