pray u didnt blow the pico fuse

well the rca's fixed it. i already knew it wasn't the pico fuse, i went in and bypassed it thinking maybe that was the problem but nope..

I have a whine noise when the car is in acc mode and when the car is on I have a wired noise, I have a kicker kx800.4 and RF T1000.1 and both have the noise.... I check and remove ground, change the pico fuse, change RCA, check amps and still have the noise... Why still have the noise?
