Hi,

I have only 1 RCA pre-out in my Pioneer HU and I need to connect it to a 4-ch amp. I have used Y-splitters because according to my logic it did not pose much risk to losing the quality of signal as compared to a Line Output Converter (LOC) or using High level inputs.

The Y-Splitters are dirt cheap too. It does not have any circuits. So exactly how much quality will I lose by using a simple Y-splitter
