Will this work??? (Battery and wiring question)

Can I run a Red top under the hood and a kinetik 800 by the amp(hercules)..? I will use kollossus wire to connect the two batteries and use 4guage wiring for a big 3 can i get away with 4guage or should I go bigger on the big 3...Vehicle is a 98 Grand Cherokee laredo
