Will this set-up be good in a Ford Escape???

i have a new 2004 Ford Escape...and i am wanting to replace the stock crap. I am going to put a double DIN stereo, and replace all the speakers (4). Here is what i am thinking of....

and have them hooked up to an amp...

Will this give me good sound? what about highs? , mids?, and bass?
