Will these work for battery terminals?

thats high as shit, and that paint is a hassle you cant get good connection thru paint and it will need 2 ground off with a grinder.. go to WalMart or Autozone and get the same ones only BRASS.. for $6.. they work like a charm, just check and make sure the ing nut stays tight, that tends to be a problem with multipe ring terminals

also why in the world do u need 3-0gauge and 2-8gauge terminals ever heard of distros?
I'm running two 0 gauge wires to my amps. (I am using distro blocks)

Another 0 gauge wire for big and I have to keep stock wire on to.....

But will they allow max current flow?
Well of course there will be resistance, but there is resistance in anything and everything; terminals, wires, amps, speakers, etc. I've used them before, you will not notice any difference from any other terminal.

All I needed to hear. I was just checking. I just didn't want to rob myself of made voltage. Dpc69ss is the best like always.

bro be careful tightening them if you actually decide to get them. like somebody else said, they are soft and break easily. and they are not the best terms at preventing corrosion.

I never had a problem with them breaking. I have had other terminals break though after many many times of taking them on and off, but just dont over tighten them and you will be fine.

Why not just go to Checker Auto or Autozone for clamp terminals for like $3.00? I had them on my car then I got the kinetik hc1400R and don't need the terminals now. Heck the clamps you can use the 1/0 gauge on it.

Hello/

A friend of mine had the painted/powder coat type, and like you said is a B!tch to get off.I took that Paint/PC off w/the

*Wire Wheel * part of the Bench Grinder/;) .It worked out fine/:).To the Thread Starter,IMOPHO,If I was wanting to

make sure I'd have the *Least* drop in Voltage or Resistance,I'd use One Run of 2/0-Welding Cable from your Battery

to a Distro Block that *Accepts 1/0 Ring Terimals or the Bare Wire Inserts*,than go from that Distro w/your 1/0 to your

Amps.

Again,it's my opinion on that. This way you could use that 2nd run of 1/0 for the Big 3.They do make 2/0 Lugs with

1/4"/5/16"/3/8"/Etc. Bolt Holes for different applications/;).Not stepping on anyone's toes at all for there suggestions

and help to the OP.All The Best w/your System.Take Care.

Regards/

Raymond
