will the factor wire ok to use

i was going to run new speaker wire for the 6 1/2 in the front door,but i need to know if the factory wiring would be ok to use instead of running new wire.i am using a kicker kx350.2 which is 70rms X 2.if the factory wiring will be ok to use then it will save me a couple of hours of time.

i dont know much but i was told rewiring would help sound alot, so i did it and it does sound different. have fun it u decide too.
