no. Hifonics is overrated. 5 gauge is laughable. Kicker CVX are low end. Your system might make you happy, but it would make me feel like losing the spelling bee in the LD class in grade school.

and as far as running 2000 watts to a pair of CVRs, you'll blow them.. they cant take much more than their rated for, only about 100 rms or so more till they smell

then you will be fine. wire the final load to two ohms. that amp does 2k at 1 ohm i belive? whats it put out at 2 ohms?

you're a noob if you really think you can give em 800 watts and not be able to smell them, always give subs their rated RMS power, not max.. if i put 1500 watts to one of my CVX subs, i'd blow in a matter of a few minutes
