Will my sub/amp handle it?

Ok I tested my sub in box and its running at 1.5ohm right now.

My amp runs 4ohm at bridged mode....

My amp runs 300 watts rms and my sub 300w rms...

Am I gonna be able to run this? I'm guessing ill just have to keep the gain down.

Youre sub is DVC 3 I am guessing? And you are runing it at a 1.5 ohm mono load, on an amp that is 4 ohm stable when bridged? If so, you are an idiot.

Well I don't know how to wire it and people are giving me diagrams from R&F and JL and they are completely different but yet say they run at the same ohms.

Call me an idiot I've never wired the subs myself and have no idea and am not getting much help at all when people are telling me to do different things...

If you have a DVC 2 ohm sub, you can not have a single 1.5 ohm load... It is 4 or 1. Wire you subs to 4 ohms, you have seen the diagrams, how can you not understand it?

And both of those wiring diagrams are wired the same exact way, just two different ways of showing it. Follow the wires, they go the same places.

Both of those fucking diagrams are the same god damn thing. Use either fucking one. And no, your "OHMmeter" is not broken, the extra .5 ohm is probably from wire length.

The wires on BOTH OF THOSE DIAGRAMS goes from + to - of opposite voice coils, and then on wire of each + and - goes to the amp. How is that confusing?

Wired it that way, I'll test it out soon and see if it works.
