you need an alternator and 2 additional batteries along with the 2nd you already have in the trunk for that kind of power.make sure it's a 500amp alt.

you can probably slide with about 1500watts in the car, since you won't actually be running 1500watts all the time. Best thing to do is to upgrade the alt though. What size alt do you have in there right now?

you will be fine. just make sure you run fuses where they need to be.

watch where you run your power wire from getting into areas that can damage the wire.

your car won't fry. lol i used to run almost 2k on a stock honda alt+stock battery w/o big 3... LOL

actually low voltage can fry an amp.....

^ wouldnt low voltage engage the protection in the amp, or not work at all. Some electronics need a certain voltage to operate.

it depends if your amp has low voltage protection or not. Some do some dont

If the cars headlights dim alot then id suggest to start witht the Big 3 and if the problem persists

check the stock Amperage rating of alternator if its less than about 90 amps id suggest an upgrade

only think I would like to know is specificaly what amp you have and the ohm load your drawing off it from. But even if your pulling a fulll 1kw you should be good with what you have done.
