Will my amp power these subs?

Hello, world.

I have access to a Clarion APX4360 amp (http://www.clarion.com/us/en/products/2007/audio/amplifiers/APX4360/us-en-product-pf_1165294846860.html) and I was wondering if it could power the subs I list below.

Maybe neither of these subs are any good, but if you have any suggestions, I'm not so set on these two.

It will power them but not good enough you need to get a mono amp

Might want to let your budget grow and get legit equipment rather than buy flea market junk and wanting to upgrade later.

I'm a noob and I didn't know what would work and what wouldn't.

I got the amp for free and those speakers have pretty good reviews...

Does anybody have any suggestions of a sub and amp within my budget of $300?

Installation isn't a problem in the least bit.

soundquebed would be a good place to start, check the classifieds, mant a deal has been found there. Your choices will only disappoint you. And like jeffdachef stated, might want to save a bit more and do it right the first time, so as not to put good money after bad.
