will capacitors help?????

I have 2 l7 15s in a ported box running off two 600.1 kicker mono amps.I was wanting to know if two 1.0 fared capacitors would help with the energy thats is drainning my car????

If now what would work??? I can,t even turn it up all the way without it cutting off and on
