Will a speaker magnet damage a cd player

My cd player is on my table and today I noticed a speaker was sitting on it. will this couse damage?

Not unless you crush it with the magnet.

I am pretty sure there is nothing that can be damaged in a cd player with a magnet.

naw it should be fine. unless the woofer is like 60 or something pounds lol. then you have a whole different problem
