Modding computer PSU to test equipment

Does anybody know where I might be able to find a write up on how to mod a regular power supply to test amps and what not? I've seen it before.

Just take the green wire and a black wire, connect them together (turn it on) and take the yellow and black wire and hook them up to your equipment
