I'm waiting for a rebate I was promised that prompted me to buy a house. I bought the home this year. I filed the necessary paperwork and the government once again does not have the infrastructure of personnel in place to handle a program they implemented, thus allowing them to coerce a person into buying goods and stimulating the economy, then withholding the incentives they promised to get people to buy in the first place.

My paperwork was filled out, mailed timely, complete and typed. But they are backlogged, as usual.

It's a typical gov't MO. Everything they do is from either borrowing or taxing... nothing they do actually produces anything or is self-sustaining... except the Post Office, and we all know how that entity is working.

so we should force all churches to do it 1 way? maybe we can get that inquisition thing back. that was great. you know, as long as we're forcing things on people, we may as well get the right and the left involved. in the spirit of bipartisanship.

I'm Atheist also, but I don't like a bunch of "Christian" hypocrites that will be going to hell with me (if there is one), pointing fingers at everyone else.

my point is that they can do what they want, as long as they aren't breaking the non-fantasy land law, and aren't infringing on peoples constitutional rights. you're free to call them hypocrites also, but hell isn't real anyway, so i neither of us will see any of them again. i use the same argument for abortion. if religious people have such a problem with it, then they should be content that god will do the punishing, and they will all go to hell. you'd think they'd be happy to get rid of people they don't like.
