i think that was the point.. get them off the road.. the program wasnt meant to take 1 clunker off the road so that 10 others could get cheap parts and stay on longer.. otherwise they might have called it "cash for clunkers to help maintain the poor's clunkers"
i realize that. it's stupid to destroy cars that run, in order to quench an emotional hole in the religious global warming hyper-sensitive crowd. this does nothing to affect the global warming, which isn't significantly caused by humans anyway. it'll raise the price of the poor mans clunker, does not significantly help the car industry over the long term, and even 100 cash for clunkers programs wouldn't effect the environment significantly one way or another. tax money well spent:laugh:how many billions does it take to do nothing?

Teh government won’t be able to monitor that. Realistically they will end up back on the street.
parts might. point taken. the only way to squeeze any help for the poor out of these cars, so that maybe i can fix mine later, is through the theft of parts by crooked people in the car sales industry. irony.

yea, I have friends that are looking forward to the over stock of clunkers. They are mechanics whom have restoration projects. I was an ok idea at first, but seriousely, I see hundreds of clunkers on the side of the road with for sales signs, or in the mountain areas, you can find old old clunkers just rusting away. some day some ones going to see it and decide it is worth a rebuild project.

This church is fukked up. If christianity says fudge packing is a filthy greasy sin, then how could the minister be a schnitzel smuggler? They all shall burn.
then don't become a lutheran. they can do whatever they want. there are many other crazy religions out there you can join.

the churches say a lot of things are sins, not just being gay. I don't get why Christians get to pick and choose which sins are worse.
because they make the rules inside their own fantasy world.

if you can't tell, i'm an atheist. what right do you have to tell people what they can and can't think? if you don't like their rules, don't join a religion.

Eh, No, they don't make the rules. Obviously you're not familliar with Christianity. God made the rules, and they weren't meant to be debated. Either follow the religion right, or you're just being a hypocrite.

so we should force all churches to do it 1 way? maybe we can get that inquisition thing back. that was great. you know, as long as we're forcing things on people, we may as well get the right and the left involved. in the spirit of bipartisanship.
