They actually do use some foreign workers though.. when its time to combine.. but they are usually from like New Zealand or South Africa and white... and here legally.

harvesting for things such as wheat and corn is finished in a few weeks. we start early july cutting wheat and are finished in 2 weeks. the combines have GPS, so after manually driving the first year, the combines will follow last years path without even touching the wheel. harvesting is easy, but everything else sucks. i hated calving and running fence. i only go back to help drive the truck to the grain elevator during harvest now.
