i used to work with a guy that this happened to. snuck across, got a dui, was deported. snuck back across, got a possesion charge, got deported. snuck back one more time and last i talked to him, he was selling a kilo a week. some of them never learn

that's a little harsh. if i were a poor mexican, i'd be here any chance i got. almost all of us would cheat on our taxes if we could get away with it. the political winds are blowing in one direction, which is to do nothing about it. either side. it's one reason bush was a complete failure. he runs his mouth about security, then leaves the border wide open much like how obama ran his mouth about the patriot act being a violation of the constitution, then when he becomes president, he expands it. this is an example of why the argument shouldn't be about the man in office, but the power that the man in office has. all the power bush and obama have given themselves will be passed on to the next president, so we better hope we have a long string of good presidents after the last 8 1/2 years of power grabbing.

Illegals are bad for economy and bad for society.. they don't pay taxes.. don't care what your friend told you or w/e yahoo/google did.. they work for little to nothing and then pop out kids.. well most of them..

If you can tell me one good thing that illegal immigrants provide i would love to hear it.. and lower costs isn't one since wages are lowered for workers as well.. if someone else will do it for cheaper all will or they will be cut.. simple.. also illegals will work for under minimum wage which is not doable by legal citizens.. and therefore they are punished in the end by being replaced etc..

I think that the government should make it easy for mexicans and others to come here legally though.. fingerprint, dna sample, picture, ask for D.o.B and issue them a ss# let them be on their way.. once they have to work legal things will level themselves out..
