In the vast majority of cases, cats (and dogs) are eaten because they are a source of protein. They can be fed on scraps unfit for human consumption and convert those scraps into edible protein. This is no different from the family pig fed on household leftovers and windfall fruit and killed to feed the family during the winter.

It's a kitten FYI there's a diff. Second, its no leash...looks like a goddam chokechain. As soon as it hops off the shelf, looks as if it may choke itself. When I grow some balls, you my friend, can lick them.

That is because gooks aren't smart enough to widescale commercial farm, even with limited area. Good american farms can produce several times what a jap farm can. However, the folks from Holland are even better. They invented ANOVA to make better beer.
