Bush signed a 1 trillion dollar bank bailout before he left office. (not counting the trillions of defict spending the previous 8 years).

Obama signed a 800 million bailout.

The math doesn't seem to add up with your claims.

BTW, Congress controls the purse strings, not the Executive.
