Been to county lockup for a few brief stints and more long weekends then I care to remember but nothing in the past 9 years or so.

Went there in HS twice and enjoyed seeing the female classmates almost cry when the gentlemen in prison hollered at em.

the federal work camp was like a summer camp or something.. it was actually an old college... no fences or anything... BEAUTIFUL grounds... they pay for college or if you prefer have an excellent vocational program where you can become a master gardener, a chef, or other well paying careers.

hell no. 13 hrs. was long enough to be in harris county jail. Just long enough to get put in the system and bailed out.

Went there in high school for a class trip, my class had a bunch of drug dealers who had already been in juvi. It was funny when they saw the place, it was like a look into the future for them.

we also met the chief justice of the State supreme court.

He gave us pencils.

Yeah that part was funny, but even funnier was when they all ran up to the second tier to look down their shirts...

the funniest was when they pulled out their cawks and started floppen them around.

FYI that is all that is keeping them in the prison camp.. NOTHING else..

Also EVERY state institution had over a 50% population of Native Americans... even tho they make up like 10% of the population... wonder why that is?
