What changes would you like to see?
If someone posts something inappropriate, and I see it, I'll take care of it...but I don't see everything...and I've only been back for around a month or so now..

Plus, there's only so much we can do with the limited abilities as mods we're given. If someone is banned, there's nothing stopping them from signing right back up....and we don't always catch them.

I try and do what I can in other sections, but I can't sit here and read every post that is made...I don't get paid to be here.

I try and emphasize in the classifieds that if you need anything, PM me. If there's anyone in here that has PM'ed me with an issue, they'll tell you I did what I could to help them out. When I'm on the forum, if anyone PM's me with an issue, it won't be ignored.

However, I can't sit here and babysit people.

Honestly, what would you like to see done? I'm not trying to be rude- I honestly would like to know what some of you guys would like to see done here to improve things.

yea im with the gettin rid of these bs threads started every 5 minutes by these stupid kids with nothinbetter to do...... i wasnt ever to fond of them, and i think ya notice them more if your just hittin the new posts button....

This site shouldn't be important enough for anybody to care that much about...except for maybe Goob.
This site still gets tons of exposure, traffic, new members etc....so why would Goob really give a shit, in his eyes I would assume its mission accomplished.

Moral of the story, it is what it is, like it or leave it, *****ing usually doesn't accomplish anything.

and its true...what if someone wanted to show a younger cousin, or brother or sister some stuff on this site...they would have to be careful with every click because of peoples avatars, profiles, and language

I was checking out a post about amps, and just seen this pics of shit posted. The person was banned but the post was still there.

I guess you can't expect mods or members to give a shit when Goob doesn't.

It's cool that some mods try and keep things in order, but other mods just cancel out their good deeds w/ childish acts.

This is a touchy subject...Yes usually the OG members get a little more lieniency...is it right? No. Usually its rules that arent as big as say posting ****...

OG member post ****, then it gets stickied...

I guess as long as it has a warning in the title, it's okay, but not for non-OG members.

With the proxys today and ability to reregister within minutes it hard to do anything about this.

when a known banned member is posting, it's not difficult to ban again. You guys seem anxious to swing the ban hammer anyways.

Useless posts there is nothing wrong with, inside the lounge. In the classifieds though I think its wrong and you should report it or PM another mod.

Great idea but I'm guessing it would take alot more mods working alot more hours to actually work that efficiently. Also what is considered useless in the lounge, where everything is non CA related?

Would be interesting to see if posts from a certain subsection of the forum (say the lounge) could be excluded from the "recent posts" section at the top of the forum. I check that alot to see whats goin on, it would look alot more like an audio forum if all the lounge posts didn't show up there.

here is a primary example

97GP is just pissed cause his avatar got taken away...and wont shut the F up about it, so he is intentionally protesting and trying to piss people off... Ya, i'd throw down the ban hammer for a day or 2 so he shuts the F up and knows if he keeps it up he'll get another few days.
