Public, school of 6000 kids with about 1000 of them being white. Then off to the 'alt' which was about 40 kids, 2 of them white //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I don't think it makes much difference how you will turn out, There were just as many kids out selling causing shit that went to the catholic school as went to public though if you actually go there to learn you would probably have a better education in a private school.

i am in a public school atm. shittiest place in the world. besides the education that DOESNT exist (even all AP classes) there are ****ing scorpions and roaches falling out of the ceilings on people on a daily basis. our school cant even afford pest control. but i r tern owt o.k.! i kneed know educacion

you know these school shootings. i dont blame them. but ****, do it right. take out everyone if you're gonna do it.

If theres a school shooting and mass killing sometime soon i know who to blame

they done us some real good book learnin' in the private school.

Basically the private jr high was on par with the public high school..

I pretty much just skipped about 1/2 of my freshman year, and then tested into a community college.

I'm a senior at a public high school thats in the top 50 in the nation, schools pretty nice and doesn't seem much like a public school, every parent (including mine) who lived in the area moved over here just so their kid could be at this school and it's pretty ****ing competitive. My academic average (5.0 scale) is a 4.2 and I'm not even in the top half of my class. One of my friends with a lower academic average than me at another school near here is in the top 15 percent of his class, and I'm not even top 50 percent. But it's all good, from what I've heard from my friends in college who went here, the first year of college is a joke compared to right now.

Not all public schools are bad, but it's a ****ing shame how little attention is being payed to most public schools. Hopefully things change under whoever the US's next president is.

I went through the public school system my entire K-12. I know too many people who went to private school throughout their lives and when they got to college they were far better off for the fact that:

Their rich parents paid for "private" attention to their children... in which classes are alot smaller and more regulated in private schools.

I have nothing against people who went to private schools growing up... as they had no control over it.

It pretty much sums up that your chances of "success"(money not happyness) is greater if your parents are paying for everything during school, and after school. I had some pretty shitty parents growing up, and I have not finished college yet but I plan too... and shit is not easy living in one of the richest countys in the U.S and paying completely everything for myself and a couple others.

Im going to get flamed one way or another just my 2 cents.
