i am thinking about studying abroad for a semester at some point. my RA went to spain for a semester and it only cost him like $3000 give or take. some of the programs are up to like 7k, but thats still a lot cheaper than tuition. our tuition is 14k/semester, and if you have scholarships you can use those toward study abroad. in other words, the college would pay me to study abroad

I have a bunch of friends that went abroad to France, Italy, Scotland, and Australia. Not sure how much it cost them but all of them loved it and had a great time.

yeah i have one friend in Portugal right now two down under with the Aussies, it ends up costing maybe like a few grand more than staying here which is probably just spending money.

My freshman year, I shared a suite with a couple exchange students from central America. I have never seen someone with such horrid hygiene.
