it has only happened to me a few times in my life, but it is exactly how you describe and it happened after i stretched my sack out. the skin on the sack burns for a little while, feels like you got hot sauce on them.

if its not because you are eating hot wings and not washing your hands you should ask your doctor cause i am wondering as well
