If you have a fixed rate mortgage, it won't affect you.

w3rd. I almost diodn't sign on my new home because the lender claimed they could only give us an ARM on the second mortgage that we needed to get the pool built after the house was built. I did sign though and in 3 months after talking to a few companies I got it switched to a FRM that wasn't much higher than the ARM. I am happy with this now. Arms have always scurred me.

An ARM is like putting a handgun in a child's hands. There is nothing wrong with the hand gun...but they shouldn't give guns to kids just like they shouldn't give ARMs to people who are not extremely financial literate.

I would participate in an ARM, however, I would also invest in instruments that would appreciate after a certain increase in interest rates. Like a "fixed range" of interest rates vs. a single fixed rate.

LOL. If it isn't him then he did a good job of finding the hat this guy wears in an online catalog. Youy could be right, but I will go on a limb and say it is him.

BTW, I don't see how you could say he doesn't look like "x type" because he plays way too many sides for anyone to really know that except him.
