Indeed.
He must have learned from hitman's failure.

I guess i will have to save the social science research methodology pwning for another day.
I was impressed.

I let small things slide in hopes that I can gain something.

For instance, I let the 1st hour of Chasing Amy slide, and was hansomly rewarded with the insight of why I think I am a failure...It was quite cathartic.

You didn't really answer the question
Should income be a determining factor in your "right" to procreate?
Wow... I hope not. How would you execute that type of rule? A lot of abortions and possibly sterilizing communities. That sounds like genocide on some levels to me. Alright. Leaving for real this time.

I wholeheartedly endorse such a program and would administer it in the following way: depo for every woman who wants to receive welfare benefits and a vasectomy for any man who cant support his family. I also believe in sterilization for the mentally retarded or anyone not capable of graduating high school.

While this idea does have merit (even if you are BSing, I somewhat agree)...but as for the male, I am not sure if vasectomies are completly reversable. I looked into getting one...and it looks like there is a "real deal" way, which is not easily reversed, and a 'half-assed' way, which is not 100%.

Well i am indifferent to the method used and to the plight of those who are unable to reverse the procedure should they become capable of supporting a family.

I view it as an occupational hazard of sorts.

It would provide great disincentive for people to seek government handouts and ensure that only the truly needy were willing to take the risk involved in accepting such benefits.

Far from being cold, it would ensure that we could provide a decent standard of living for those truly incapable of providing for themselves instead of providing a substandard of living for both the incapable and the lazy.
