Im a clown, yet 20 years ago we KNEW there were training camps training to kill all infidels and kill all americans. If we would have taken them out then, we wouldnt even be worried about terrorism. Then in the Gulf war, again, we pull out before taking Baghdad and might have been able to get a foothold of the area. Now, again, we are talking about doing the same exact fckin thing, what exactly do you think will happen when we pull out? Everything will just be perfectly ok and there will be peace forever and ever? Take a little time to think of the possibilities. We need a plan, not just a retreat.

If so, then you should know what happens when people run through cities and towns trying to kill everyone.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. The next plan of attack is supposed to be on our schools/ buses and ect. here in the states. I would consider that an attack on my child. Anyone that harms a child in general deserves to be painfully punished.

Is it because it is an attack on children or an attack on American children.

and if i'm reading this right, what you're saying is that the only way for us to be safe from these madmen is to take over their homeland and kill anyone who resists. certainly, after we take over iraq, the rest of the world will fall right into place eh?

really....couple friends of mine that are marines say they pretty much havent learned a thing since they joined other than how to kill, and cope with killing someone......

Is this to me? Because thats not what i said at all. I just feel we shouldnt leave the country after the half *** attempt we made. We should leave the country in a better shape then what it was before. We entered for the wrong reasons, and we need to restore order. If we just pull out, there will be a greater threat take power that will make Saddam look like a *****.

You did get me on that one. I guess the anger brought out my excellent spelling skills. I know you bring up these topics just to get under peoples skin but this one just angers me. I'm all for letting people fight their own battles but when you bring it to my home, that is another story. I hate the fact that I have to even consider what I would do if someone decided it would be a great idea to harm my child because he wanted to be surrounded by 100 virgins in his heaven.

You are so lost in a haze of vagueries that you really shouldn't weigh in on complex issues. See, this is the primary flaw in modern, media-driven american thought. People latch onto emotional hot buttons and go from there, regardless of any evidence, proof, theory, etc, to support the reactionary measures that stem from that hot button.

You are literally what is wrong with most of this country's, and probably, most of the world's, thought process.

I said that in the beginning, when there was only a few camps and when we knew that they were training people to hate us from birth, that would have taken out the problem with the least amount of death. Now, 30 years later we are still trying to fix it and its cost thousands more lives.

Now im saying what we need to do is restore order, and that we need a plan to do so. All we are doing now is stalemating, bullshtting around and not solving the issues at hand. What the plan needs to be i have no clue, but something needs to happen besides us just getting the fck out without thinking of what the next decade will bring. You are naive and ignorant if you think it will just all end with us retreating. That will give them even more power, and allies to attack us. And we all know how they fight...
