you know what's great, when i catch someone shoplifting, and turn them into the police, they end up having to go to court and usually pay the company 10 times more then what they stole.
apparently you don't realize how much a company looses because of assholes like you who use this convoluted logic. there are many jackasses like yourself who use this logic, and it costs the store more money then you think.

You know what else is great? I'm not one of Walmart's white trash/ghetto customers. That means you could never catch me stealing because both sides of my brain actually function. Though it doesn't matter because I don't do that anymore anyway.

And no they don't lose too much, or else Walmart wouldn't have publicly announced that they don't prosecute under a certain amount (I think around $25?).

what i find most unbelievable, is that that is a female in the pic.
From the look of it i think her name used to be lance..
Maybe she was trying to steal makeup? With a face like that no wonder she must have been charged with grand larceny because she looks like she needs lots and lots of makeup! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

and why could you never get caught?

we also have a similar policy, but that doesn't stop me from stopping someone. if it's under $50 we don't prosecute. we still stop you and make you return and/or pay for what you stole, and ban you from the store.

if i cared i'd send you the shrink report to see how much you assholes are costing the company. there are thousands of douchebags like yourself who have the same thought process.

btw, just because they don't prosecute means shit. in michigan anything under $50 is a misdemeanor so we don't bother prosecuting. instead, we turn it over to our lawyers, and they contact you and usually settle for around 10 times what the product cost. if it has a security tag, and is under $50, that is still a felony, and you can be prosecuted. if you fail to settle or show up for court, then you get arrested. just because they don't prosecute, doesn't mean it's free pickings. also being a minor, you can get arrested regardless for being in possesion of alcohol

Yes, actually you are. Because you are a thief, you are a piece of trash. Sorry, but it is true.

Yes, I have stolen items but once shown the true cost of my actions, I decided to abhor those who both participate and condone such activities. You have no remorse and advocate others stealing.

If you really used both sides of your brain, you would have chose a better way to acquire your booze without stealing.

Are you saying because Wal-Mart makes billions, your theft doesn't matter?

Actually the big chain stores aren't losing money for the most part. Say they lose 100 million nationwide to theft. What they'll do is raise all of there items up a little to compensate. It's not much on any one item, but when you add up all of the items in each store and multiply that across the nation, they'll recover their loss. So in all actuality you are stealing from us, the consumers.

that's basically how it works.

And I don't appreciate having to pay more, just so you and your boys can get drunk and play hide the bone with each other. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

well they are the reason i have a job so i can't complain too much. we do make a lot though on the ones we do catch so we don't have to raise our prices too much

The already did this with a drug dealer or some thing along those lines...No clue on how it worked out.

some folks on the BBC decided to test it and wore shirts that said "I am a child molester" it was funny to see peoples reactions..

i dont think it will prevent people from stealing from walmart. might as well throw them in jail for 60days and let them see what its like. Getting poop pushed in is 400x worse than standing up for a couple hours. Those criminals did not learn their lesson. $50 says that in a month of two they steal again

im taking that this punishment is against the 8th amendment, cruel and unusual punishment ?

as much as i hate thiefs, i believe that he shouldn't be violated of his rights
