No, you don't get it. He didnt make the title- I'm going to write up some facts, and you guys have to guess MY OPINION on why I THINK we should kill the poor. Once they are indoctrinated into the culture of poverty they are beyond help and will never be able to escape their fate even if given the opportunity; the values and norms adapted in response to poverty will not let them.
