You cannot blame the drug for any deaths.

Cannot overdose on it... Well you can, but it's just a ridiculous type of overdose, similar to say, overdosing on oranges.

The mental impairment marijuana causes is actually much smaller than the media and society portrays it to cause. An actual percentage was given in some government counter argument with some initiatives in Colorado. I think it was a 4% total mental decrease.

So I blame all those marijuana related car accidents on dumbass drivers that probably would have crashed regardless.

You can't OD on marijuana. I just did my research essay on it and you need to smoke something crazy like 40,000 times the amount that gets you high (about .3g) in like an hour or so (virtually impossible) to actually OD.
